You are a 7th-semester medical student on clinical rotation in Yogyakarta. It’s 20:40. You’re added to an interprofessional WhatsApp group used for “quick coordination” between a junior doctor, nurse, pharmacist, and admin staff.

A nurse posts a photo of a medication label next to a patient’s wristband (name partially visible) and writes:

“Pasien ini rewel banget, nuntut cepat. Obatnya mana? Tolong order ulang.”

A pharmacist replies:

“Stok kosong. Jangan maksa. Ini pasien yang kemarin viral itu kan?”

Then someone sends a screenshot from the EMR showing allergies and past history—again with identifiers blurred imperfectly.
